Ordering
How trade accounts pay for orders, how credit terms work, and how sales tax is handled for resale purchases.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for trade orders:
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- ACH bank transfer / direct debit for approved accounts
- Wire transfer for large or first-time orders
- Approved net-terms invoicing for qualifying trade accounts (see below)
We do not accept personal checks, cash on delivery, or payment from consumer peer-to-peer apps.
2. Credit & Net Terms
Established trade accounts in good standing may apply for net payment terms after a qualifying order history and a credit application review.
| Account Tier | Typical Terms | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| New Account | Prepayment (card, ACH, or wire) | Verified resale certificate |
| Silver | Net 15 | 3+ completed orders, credit application |
| Gold | Net 30 | 6+ months active history, credit approval |
| Platinum | Net 60 | 12+ months history, trade references |
Net terms are extended at our discretion based on a credit review and may be adjusted or revoked for accounts with repeated late payment.
3. Sales Tax & Resale Certificates
NAZZ Wholesale is required to collect applicable sales tax on orders unless we have a current, valid resale certificate (or equivalent exemption documentation) on file for your business and the ship-to state. It is your responsibility to provide a valid certificate before placing an order, and to notify us of any changes to your tax-exempt status.
Multi-state sellersIf your business operates or holds resale certificates in more than one state, submit a certificate for each state you’ll be ordering into, since exemption is generally state-specific.
4. Payment Security
Card and bank payment details are processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. NAZZ Wholesale does not store full card numbers on our own servers. Encrypted connections (TLS) are used for all checkout and account pages.
5. Invoicing
Invoices are issued at the time of shipment and are available for download in your account dashboard. Net-terms accounts will receive invoices with a due date calculated from the invoice (ship) date, not the order date.
6. Declined or Failed Payments
Orders with a declined card, failed ACH debit, or unpaid invoice past terms may be placed on hold, and future orders may require prepayment until the account is brought current. Repeated payment failures may result in account suspension.
