1. Trade Eligibility

NAZZ Wholesale sells exclusively to licensed businesses purchasing for resale — including vape shops, smoke shops, convenience stores, and similar retailers. This site is not intended for individual consumers. By registering, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, are authorized to act on behalf of a legitimate business, and hold any licenses or permits required to purchase, possess, and resell the products in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

Opening a trade account requires accurate business information and, where applicable, a valid resale certificate, seller’s permit, or business license. We reserve the right to verify this information, request additional documentation, and suspend or decline accounts that cannot be verified. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Product availability, minimum order quantities, and tiered pricing are displayed at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline, including due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or failed account verification. 4. Age-Restricted & Regulated Products

Several product categories sold on this site – including vapor products, e-cigarettes, and smoking accessories – are age-restricted and regulated under federal and state law, including the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, transport, taxation, and resale of these products in your jurisdiction, and acknowledge that some products may not be available for shipment to certain states or localities due to local restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including product photography, descriptions, pricing structures, and site design – is owned by or licensed to NAZZ Wholesale and may not be copied, scraped, or redistributed without written permission. Brand and product trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are sold “as is” except where a manufacturer warranty applies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAZZ Wholesale disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate a trade account at our discretion, including for failed verification, suspected fraud, resale to unauthorized parties, or violation of these Terms. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will first be addressed through direct negotiation with our account team. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law provision below.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer or business protection laws of your state.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
